You will need to fill in basic details to provide to the agent along with any special conditions of the rental agreement and we can communicate this to the landlord.

Completion of references & accepted by the Landlord. Great news you have passed and you will required to pay your deposit and your rent (minus the one week payment you have already made). How much tenancy deposit is required? Your tenancy deposit will be the equivalent of a maximum of five weeks’ rent , this would vary on the individual property as some will be 4 weeks rent or less.

For example, for a property with a rent of £800.00 per month your tenancy deposit will be £923.08 (£800.00 x 12 months ÷ 52 weeks x 5 weeks = £923.08)

Proof of your documents

You will be required to upload your documents, ID, sharecodes and references directly to our award winning reference provider, Goodlord or Tenancy360.

Sign your Contract electronically

We will arrange for you to come to our offices to collect your keys and we will need to check your ID documents in person as required by law.
